What happens if my order is out of stock?Updated 4 months ago

If an item in your order is unavailable, our team will contact you promptly via email or phone to inform you of the delay. We’ll provide an estimated lead time and options for how to proceed.

  • Wait for Restock: You can choose to keep the item on your order, and we’ll ship it as soon as it’s back in stock.
  • Choose a Replacement: If you’d like, we can help you select a similar product to replace the out-of-stock item.
  • Cancel or Refund: If you prefer not to wait, you can cancel the out-of-stock item for a full refund.

If your order contains multiple items and only one is out of stock, we’ll ship the available items immediately and send the remaining item when it’s back in stock.
