If the tracking information shows your package as delivered, but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your surroundings:
    Sometimes carriers leave packages in hidden locations for safety. Check areas like porches, backdoors, garages, or with neighbors who might have accepted it on your behalf.

  2. Wait a day:
    Occasionally, tracking updates may show a package as delivered before it actually arrives. This is common and the package typically arrives the next business day.

  3. Contact the carrier:
    Use the tracking number provided to reach out to the shipping carrier for further details about the delivery. They may have additional information about where the package was left or the delivery attempt.
