If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry. Please follow these steps to ensure the issue is resolved promptly:

  1. Inspect the package upon delivery:
    Before accepting the shipment, check the packaging for any visible damage. If you notice damage, take photos and note the details on the delivery receipt. You may also refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

  2. Report the damage within 24 hours:
    If you discover damage after accepting the package, email our Customer Support team at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

    • Photos of the damaged item(s)
    • Photos of the packaging, including the shipping label
    • A description of the issue
  3. Keep the item and packaging:
    Retain the damaged item and its original packaging (including the pallet, if applicable) while we assess the situation. This may be required for inspection by the carrier or for processing a claim.

  4. Await resolution:
    Once we receive your report, we’ll work to resolve the issue quickly. This may involve sending a replacement item, arranging a return, or issuing a refund.
